Due to the nature of our product and federal health regulations, we cannot issue refunds or exchanges for The Lazy Hat once it has been delivered to the customer. This product can cause health problems if we retrieve it from a customer in an unsanitary environment, and once it has been delivered we can not fully determine if it has been used.
Please double check your shipping address. If an incorrect or incomplete address was provided at the time of order, The Lazy Hat is not responsible to refund or replace the order. It is the customers responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout.
Refunds & Exchanges are only applicable in the rare event we mistakenly send the wrong items. If this is the case, please send us an email at email@example.com and we will provide you with return or exchange instructions.
